Philosophy of Practice:

In these uncertain times we are faced with challenges that reverberate into every aspect of our being-in-the-world. We must unite with a community spirit that intentionally cares for the ‘greater good’ in the midst of much uncharted territory. But to support one-another, ourselves, and the planet, in sustainable ways, we must also attend to our inner lives; nurturing every internal resource of strength and wisdom that we possess in helpful ways, with self-compassion.

Therapy can help.

I am deeply interested in all aspects of the experience and suffering that clients bring 'to the room'; the whole person in the context of their lives. My work draws on multiple modalities, in response to the particular needs and preferences of the client.

Therapy can lead us to greater inner peace, improved relationships, and a more authentic and meaningful life. I bring rich life experience and extensive training to my practice with clients; as a professional and a fellow human.

When I sit across from a new client, face-to-face, I see a unique individual looking at me. I look back with 'beginners mind', curiosity and humility; open, respectful, non-judgemental, compassionate.
